Planning Fees

We plan vacations and experiences typically starting at $2000 per person, per week not including flights. We focus very strongly and highly recommend villa experiences due to the convenience, amount of space, and number of bedroom accommodations that are available depending on the size of the group or the number of guests traveling.

• Rebooking Fee – $100 Per Occurrence (Subject to Change)
• Professional Planning Fee (Non-Refundable (NR)) – $250 per household (Subject to Change)
• Group Planning Fee(s) – $250 (NR) after the initial consultation, thereafter $250 (NR) per household (Subject to Change)

• Destination Research: Conduct extensive research on various destinations based on your preferences, budget, and interests to help you choose the perfect location for your trip.
• Itinerary Planning: Create a personalized itinerary tailored to your needs, including flights, accommodations, transfers, and activities, ensuring a well-organized and seamless travel experience.
• Flight Bookings: Assist in finding the most convenient and cost-effective flights, considering factors such as preferred airlines, layovers, and travel dates, while ensuring optimal connections and maximizing your time at the destination.
• Accommodation Arrangements: Recommend and book accommodations that align with your preferences, whether it’s luxury hotels, resorts, cruises/yachts, or alternative accommodations like villas, islands, or private residence experiences.
• Transportation: Arrange transportation services such as airport transfers, limousines, private drivers, or any additional transportation information to ensure smooth and hassle-free movement during your trip.
• Activity and Excursion Planning: Provide recommendations and help book various activities, tours, excursions, and attractions at your destination, ensuring you don’t miss out on must-see sights and unique experiences.
• Travel Insurance: Advise on the importance of travel insurance and help you secure suitable coverage that protects you in case of unexpected events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, etc.
